Greetings,
This is Fred. And thank each of you for being here tonight.
We are fully in alignment this evening as suddenly each of you and each of us are preparing for the Wesak energies. We just want to give a little dedication to Meleriessee ~ Christine, as I know her well ~ that she opened up these energies to the Souls of The Temple of 911 a few years ago. And it has given us the ability, even though we all are not the Soul Mastery, that we were able to oversee what was occurring.
It is a very miraculous time.
I am very excited about this year. What I’m really excited about is what each and every one of you are doing and your acceleration through this process. Thank you for allowing us to be part of that experience. We have with us many Souls of many different levels. More tragedies have been occurring around the world and around different spheres of consciousness. So we welcome everyone to be here as we welcome each of you.
I am not going to introduce a specific teacher this evening, but I am just going to step aside with my energies and allow myself to be a participant also.

Greetings,
It is my pleasure to be with each of you here.
I Am Sanat Kumara.
It is a blessing for this Wesak. We were going to have Lord Buddha come through but he is readying himself with the frequencies of this week. So they designated me as being their Spokes-Being in this moment, as I previously was a Planetary Logos. What I experienced during that post in the Hierarchy is to say that I have seen so many change so quickly.
Many on the Earth Plane do not understand that because they think they are stuck within themselves and cannot fully see the changes that they have made in their lives and those around.
But I ask of you in this moment, what is it that you have given unto yourself to assist your process and your capability of this pathway, and within that aspect, have truly assisted others? And I’m not talking about your Lightworker friends. I’m not talking about the ones that you’re closest to. I’m talking about the ones that fully have awakening abilities but have not allowed themselves to be awakened. Because as each of you change drastically and you communicate through your essence of your highest frequency, as you are bringing them in at this time ~ maybe not 100 percent ~ but take for example, each of you that participate on these calls three times a week. Do you realize what you are doing for yourself. No, I bet you don’t.
You were here receiving and listening, and allowing these frequencies to come within you. But as they filter through your physical structure, and incorporate within your four-body system, and you take these moments to blend this four-body system into your one Light Body, your transference of energy falls out of you. Just as each of you travel in certain places and you feel lower energies, you can also express those higher energies if you just move through those doorways of saying, “I’m being hit. It’s not a good time. I don’t feel very well,” and allow yourself to withdraw within.
Not a good thing to do.
You have your tools. What tools are you using?
Everybody has different tools as it should be. But I will tell you that the elements from the Earth are going to assist you greatly through the process of raising your vibration. It is Gaia’s way of assisting. So if you utilize their frequencies from a crystal or a gem stone, an essential oil that has been extracted from the Earth of a very high frequency, plants as in Sage and resonance to bur, that is assisting yourselves, raising the vibrations by utilizing what has been created in the core of Gaia.
As you do this, then your entire structure changes. It changes greatly. These are simple little tasks for you to do for yourself.
So then you have a conversation with a family member or a friend who probably knows what you’re doing but does not understand it. So you probably don’t talk too much about it. But just in the way that you bring forth that level of consciousness into your physical body, it expands into the other individual. It does not have to be a specific conversation.
Now, I’m talking about amiable conversations. I’m not talking about someone who you have a hard time communicating with. I ask you not to try this at this point. It is for those that you love that possibly may not know all the details of what you are doing, but they see that you are a very ~ what they would call ~ a positive person. What they don’t realize is that you were allowing your Heart Centeredness to be expanded. And that is what they are feeling. We all do this without thinking about it. So I ask of you, utilize these tools, even if it’s only in a breath, even if it’s only an expansion of yourself for just a moment. And I ask you to test yourself. Go to a space where there is a lot of mental thoughts or there are people milling around, and try this. I guarantee that you will not be affected by these lower energies as you thought you were. There are some on this path that do this automatically. That’s the steps unto the Mastery. You may be doing it without even realizing you’re doing it.
What I want to share with you now is the frequency of Light that you are bringing into your body is allowing you to accept the totality of your essence. Utilize all aspects from the Earth that you can to assist you in this process. In some areas of the Earth you must be careful of because of other unseen energies that don’t understand what you’re doing. That is when the frequency change for you.
What is it that you what to do with your pathway? I’m bringing all this up preliminary in this moment to help you realize that you have the ability to aspire to a higher frequency. It is the timelines. It is the past debris in your physical, your emotional and your mental bodies that are still trying to be released. And I understand that I am talking to individuals that are on many different levels. Some that are very mentally oriented may think that they are doing, but they are not. Those that are emotionally oriented become so involved in their emotional instability that it cannot create the balance that is necessary.
I am expressing all of this in this moment because the one element that is truly needed to integrate for this Wesak is balance within. Because what you do not prepare yourself, it will prepare you. You are walking into a new frequency that each of you have been feeling greatly for the last couple of years, especially since 11-11-11. But now there’s a surge. The trickles of Light that you have been bringing forth during eclipses, during full moons, during new moons, during spiritual events as The Festival of the Christ, and other elements that are coming forth, they are just a small portion, which this Wesak is about.
So just as Lord Buddha is preparing himself, I’d like each of you to prepare yourself, to totally allow yourself those elements that are coming to you to be accepted within you. I’m not asking you to sit and think, “Wow, what it is that I need to do?” It’s all about the silence. Master Babaji was going to come through this evening and give a little dissertation on silence and what that means.
Each of you are being challenged. Many of these challenges are coming from within yourself although they may feel like they are outside of yourself. Some of you are being affected by other energies that want to play with you and see how far they can get and make you upset. Some of you are literally releasing deep-seated issues within yourself that you are dealing with. It is your time to fully allow these elements to be removed.
So I am going to ask each of you in this moment to fully command your Higher Self to be within you. We have gone through this through Dearest One many times through the Thymus. So we are going to give you a little bit of an activation that you can do on your own.
Let’s breathe deeply.
As I am ringing the bowl, I want each of you to tune into that Sea-Foam Green. Allow it to expand in your Thymus area. In order for the Higher Self to be fully activated in that area, there needs to be an expansion within you. If you are constricted between Your Heart and your Mind, then there is not that opening that can occur. So we want to assist you with that right now.

Now that you have utilized the frequency to be fully opened within you, feel yourself as this huge ball of Sea-Foam Green.
And say, “I command my Higher Self to fully be within me at this moment.”
We’re going to do a little visualization that Christine brought up this week. I’m going to tap into her memory in this moment.
Let’s walk through a forest together. As we’re walking through the forest, the Sea-Foam Green is everywhere. There is a staircase right in the side of the mountain that is part of the forest. It’s strewn with ivy and flowers in many different colors but you feel the Sea-Foam Green. We are going to step upwards, feeling ourselves going higher and higher, counting, “1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-20-30-40-50.” We’re going to stop at 50 because this is the top of the Cosmic frequency.
See your Higher Self walking towards you. You may see her and him in Angelic form. You may see them in Human form, Intergalactic or just Light form. See them slowly walking down towards you until they meet you and you feel your highest essence now blending within your body. Feel the integration of your Higher Self fully within you.
Now, we’re going to go back down and ground this energy, “50-40-30-20-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1.”
We’re back in the forest. Feel yourself very active within all aspects of yourself as we count upwards, “1-2-3-4-5.” Feel that activation of your 5th Dimensional Body. Feel that acceleration happening for you now as you’ve fully activated your Higher Self.
Let’s go up to the 6th.
Feel that full activation of the highest part of yourself with the lowest part of yourself within this physical body. As you do that, now all the frequencies and energies are shifting within your physical body, which is similar to what each of you are feeling in different in phases of your life. Feel the highest frequency that your Higher Self wants to interact with you through this process of Light.
We now walk through the forest and there is an opening through the Sunlight. We see there is a white beach, and the ocean is there. I want you to sit by the ocean and feel the peacefulness and the serenity, as the ocean is very calm, feeling the Goddess of the Sea, feeling the Sun shining down, feeling the essence of Helios and Vesta, which are the Solar Logos and the frequency of the Sun of the Male and Female, as you feel this balance coming within you.
Allow that frequency to blend through your entire body.
I want you to just allow yourself to be in peacefulness and serenity in this moment. Allow your Higher Self to guide any frequencies that need to be removed, to prepare you for complete balance within you.
Relax as we bring forth this essence.

Now, feel the Sky melting with the Earth, as you are part of this essence of balance. As Mother Earth matches Father Sky, feel their frequencies blending together in the Oneness. Allow this essence to be fully within you as you feel the balance occurring within your own frequency.
To fully enact within you the ability to walk this path in balance, to walk this path with all your timelines being fully activated, and to know what your are receiving is being divinely guided from your highest essence into this physical body that you call ________ {state your name}: “I Am fully balanced. I Am fully ready. And I fully accept the challenges, the responsibilities. And I Am so ready to feel the glorious expression that I Am and walk with all the Masters of this Earth.”
Feel this frequency of Light coming down from the Heavens to assist you with this, to assist you with the frequency that you are, that piece that you have forgotten. As you reach deeper into your Solar Plexus, feel that Light essence that you are come up through your whole body. Now, you are going to spin your Chakras. It doesn’t matter how many levels that you are. Let’s intend that you all have the 5th Dimensional Chakras. If you intend it, then It Shall Be.
We breathe Rays within Rays of colors through the Chakras, through the Root, the Sacral, the Solar Plexus, the Heart, the Thymus, the Throat, the Third Eye and the Crown. Now, feel spinning wheels within wheels as you see many different colors assisting you in raising this vibration that you truly are, by allowing it to go through your physical body, allowing it to go into your emotional body, your etheric body and your mental body. Now, feel all those Chakras blending and circling around you as you become One Body of Light.
As you stand up from the beach, you feel this frequency flowing through you, putting your arms out perpendicular. As you raise your head up to the Sky and feel the Sun beaming down upon you, you start to see the reflection of the water of whom you truly are.
It is beautiful. It is glorious, and it is amazing.
In order for each of us to fully accept the challenges that we are going through, we must fully accept the Divinity that is trying to be physically attached within us. It is your Divinity of your Light. It is when you feel the essence of your purity, when you feel these frequencies blending within you to assist you in this process. You now feel the Golden Flame that you are, as you are more connected to the frequency of Light than you ever thought possible, feeling the balance within you. Now, I want you to just relax and listen to my words ~ in transferring these energies of Light unto each of you to assist you in the process that you are going through.
As many have shared, this Wesak is the most powerful one upon the planet. It is quite a gift for each of you to be here at this time. Not only to be here but to fully remember that you are more than what your mind thinks that you are.
For activating those frequencies within your body, this is where the true acceleration occurs, by having the allowance within your extremities to be fully accepted by the other parts of yourself that you’ve been struggling with. So I ask you now not to fight this process. That is very imperative for any Wesak or any spiritual ceremony.
Remember, the Heavens are opening upon each of you to prepare you for stage of growth in the next phase. Frequencies of Light are coming down into the planet with Eclipses and Full Moons, and more events to occur after Wesak. What is it that you would like for yourself to be in the height of frequency? Each of you are initiates upon this pathway. Each of you is having a remembrance of your Ascended Mastership capabilities. It is important for you not to think about it. Allow it to be fully within your body, your mind and your spirit. You’ve chosen to be in these bodies at this time, to have full remembrance. The most important faculty to have within you during this time is to embrace this. Embrace the fact that you can remember and you don’t have to worry about what comes next.
So we express unto you right now. Allow the power of this Light to change you. Allow the frequency that you are to fully come within your being. It is now time for events to be revealed unto each of you, for this amazing powerful Light into yourselves and then into the planet. Each of you are the Wayshowers. Each of you are the Torchbearers. Allow your Torch to be bright and shiny because you are the ones that are sending it to the Earth.
If we were at a time when there were less Lightworkers, and people were not accepting the Light, it would be like a boomerang. You have a great responsibility. This responsibility that you have accepted ~ this pathway ~ is to allow that to grow within you. The ones that are awakened, it will boomerang off of them, and it will create challenges within their life that can be disastrous because that is their life circumstance. So the more Torchbearers that we have, the more frequency will come into the Earth and it will be shared with the masses. So whatever Light that you can expand within you, as long as you can be grounded in the process. Do not overload yourself. Ask for your Higher Self as we have commanded right now.
So we say unto each of you in this moment and your higher essence that is within your body, we bring forth this activation and attunement for you to fully walk the pathway that is only right for you. Do not take on too much and do not take on too little. We want all to be in balance. Feel the frequency of the Light as you bring this forth, as your Higher Self becomes more fully activated within you, as you never have experienced in any other moment in time.
I as Sanat Kumara command unto each of you to bring forth this full remembrance as a Torchbearer. I see the Flames lighting up now and I feel the frequency of Light flowing through you and allowing you to fully expand this Light out to others, just by being ~ just by being. Allow this frequency of Light. This is the bridge that is needed at this time ~ to bring the cataclysm Light of frequency into your own being and then send it down into the Earth.
We ask you to be in nature. We ask you to send this frequency of Light, whether you do it at the time of the Full Moon activation. Whether you do it before or whether you do it after, you will still do it, because you are intended to be a Wayshower-Torchbearer. So allow the Torch of the Light to flow through you now and express this through your own essence, and others will feel it. It is our time of coming together. It is our time to bring forth these elements. And you are the ones to stand strong within these essences.
Take a deep breath.
Let’s just take what we have received in this activation unto the essence of the World. As we bring our mind’s eye back into the temple, feel the frequency of the Golden Flame flowing through each of us. As we bring forth a breath and some chanting, we will bring this frequency unto the Earth through our essences, as we connect to each other within the One that we are.

Feel the essence going right to the core of Gaia and then spreading out in many different directions. Now, we are bringing the Flame back within us.

Feel it within your Heart. Feel that frequency of the Golden Flame of the Christ Consciousness that each of us is in this moment, just being expressed through this whole Temple as we are all One Flame within each other.
I Am Sanat Kumara and it has been my pleasure to express within you this evening how important each of you are with this Wesak ~ what is actually occurring in all frequencies. I look forward to experiencing this Light with each of you as we are in this moment.
