Greetings,
This is Fred speaking. Thank you for coming to the Temple this evening, it’s an exciting time. As we all experience t the 11/11/11 energies with each of you in many different facets. Thank you for connecting and doing your ceremonies or just putting out your prayers and being with others or being alone, wherever you were – we know, we were all together in the Oneness. It is a beautiful time.
The Frequency this evening, I think you’re really, really going to enjoy. We’re moving into a celebration this evening, we know each of you are accessing different levels of Energies and our hearts go out to each of you as you’re embodied within the Physical Realm. It is hard for us to understand but we can stand with you and say that we are grateful that you are doing so. As you’re really assisting so many and so many of us will be returning to the Earth Plane of the New Earth. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you – in great gratitude, in all that each of you are doing in each moment.

Greetings my Dearest Ones,
I am Sanat Kumara, at your service – it is a blessing to be here in this moment. It is a blessing to be with each of you and it is a blessing to share the expansion of your energies unto each other, unto the Earth, unto the Heavens, unto the Skies, unto all the Frequencies that are embodied in the Essence of Oneness. I have not felt such Glory since the beginning days of Lemuria when we all stood together with the Priests and the Priestesses, with the Gods and the Goddesses, with the Kings and the Queens, with the Frequencies of All that We Were together. It is now starting to come into Beingness as it never has before, since that time – but it is a much grander scale. The grander scale is because, each of you that is awakened unto this path, that are becoming the ones that will teach the others to become more awakened in their own Frequencies, are more fully aligned with the Essence and the Frequency that you are embodying. As you bring forth these Essences unto yourselves, we cannot help but flourish like a seed that has now sprouted into a beautiful flower.
Each of you are embodying these Elements within yourself. As we share unto each other the Essence that we are bringing forth the Golden Age unto this Earth and bringing into ourselves individually, to assist collectively, is an experience beyond our capacity of the human development. Many of you work with us, of the Kumaras, and of Venus; many of you have previously; many of you are embodying a new Essence within yourself that you have never experienced and some of you are walking into a new threshold of a new way of Being, a new existence and, I say unto you, I give you my blessing in these moments. These energies have never been capable to exist in a physical dimension previously. Yes, we all lived in Lemuria, we lived in Atlantis – we had those Frequencies of the Higher Realms, but it is different at this time because of the expansion of the Karmic Lines that have been fully integrated, fully released or erased.
If you look at yourself in this moment and take a deep breath, and see the expansion of your Being – and say unto yourself “I want to look into my past lives”. So you look behind you and there should be an expansiveness of nothingness. There should be an opening of a surge of Energy around you and if you do not have that, this is what we are going to assist you with this evening.
Take a deep breath. Feel your Essence within your Heart, within your Thymus and within your Solar Plexus. I think Christine has shared previously that we are going to be working more on the Higher Frequencies, so expect more of these Higher Essences to come into these calls.
I say unto you, Expand yourself in this moment with the breath and allow yourself to feel the deepness of your Heart. First go into your Male side – allow your Male to fully incorporate within you Physically, Emotionally, Mentally and Spiritually. Feel the Essence that He is. Take a deep breath. Allow your right palm to be open. As your right palm is open, allow yourself to feel the expansion of the energies running from your palm, up your arm into your shoulder – all the way down the right side of your body. How does that feel for you? Do you feel an expansion occurring within you? Are there vibrations that are at a higher level? Or is there a density happening for you?
We intuit within you now that Male aspect of that Blue Ray that is so representative of the Male Energy to be even more fully activated within your Being. Because we don’t just want you to feel the Balance between the Male and the Female in your thoughts and your feelings, we want you to feel it. We want that cellular level to be fully cleared of any debris you may be holding onto from any other past lives. Now some of this debris may be positive and some of it may be lower energies. So we say right now, let’s have a clearing in the Male side! Let’s feel that Frequency! Let’s allow those Elements to thrive, of those Creations, that your Souls Essence wants to derive in that Male Frequency.
Breathe deeply. As you feel that all the way down your body. Feel it down the right side of your body, with your organs and your cellular structure and your physical structure. Allow that to go all the way down to the tips of your toes.
Now feel the Beauty. Feel the Beauty that you are in the Male Essence. The Male Essence has been given a bad name, and the bad name within the Male is the bad boy; the Male is the one that does all the bullying; the Male is the one that does the control; the Male Frequency is the one that has to keep going and to keep going. Let’s take a deep breath and say to the Male Aspect of yourself “Thank you for the initiation of my thoughts and ideas. I will send them to my Female side so then She can help us to create them together”.
Take a deep breath and feel relaxation all the way down the right side of your body. Now, we put the left palm out and we allow the Frequency of the Female.
Does She feel activated?
Is She ready to receive?
Is She ready to intuit?
Is She ready to allow the magic to be fully within Her Being?
Is She ready to allow Herself to be the Creative Force and to receive to receive to receive? As the Male is going to give to Her in another moment.
I ask of you, put your left palm out and let that Pink Ray of Compassion and Love and Acceptance, come all the way up your arm into the left side of your body. Let it go down through the organs into the cellular structure, into the muscles, into the brainwaves, into the fluid levels and allow them to go all the way down to the tips of your toes, into your feet. Allow your muscles to relax. Allow the structures within your body to relax. We want to go deep, deep, deep into that cellular level.
Allow yourself now to see and feel from your Female Essence, what it is and allow Her to expand upon that. Allow yourself to feel the emotions, because the Divine Feminine is so much part of the emotions. Allow yourself to expand unto that.
Let’s bring our palms together. Criss-cross our fingers across your Heart and feel the Male and the Female. The Male has a message for the Female. Let the Male go into the Female. Feel that Essence fully going into the Female. Let the Female receive. She must receive. Allow Her not to be in control either. Allow them to come together in the Union that they are within and be able to create the Essences and the Balance fully within your Being. Feel that fully. Feel that activation occurring in your Heart, feel it occurring deeply.
Now we call upon the I Am Presence. Allow that Golden wisdom to activate this within you. Activate the Male and the Female together, so that they can work together so that the Male can actualize these Frequencies and the Female can fully allow the Frequencies to continue. Allow the electrical to move into the magnetics. Allow them to blend together within your Heart. Feel the Essence that you are.
I say unto you in this moment, utilizing this exercise is going to assist you because what is happening to each of you during this time frame is – the Feminine Divine is fully coming into the body to access those gifts, those knowledges, those Frequencies, so that the Male Essence does not have to work as hard as He has been doing. There’s been too much heavy work on that right side of the body. Allow the Female side, the Essence, the receiving side – to say “I also have something to give and I shall allow it to receive.”
So now we take a deep breath and we allow the receiving energy of the left side to go to the right side. Allow the nurturing that is necessary in the Female side to go to the Male side. Allow the Yin to blend with the Yang. Allow those Frequencies deeply within you.
Each of you have been male and female previously. So you have may have elements on each of these sides that need to be addressed. What we are doing with this Frequency right now is to allow you to see what is coming up for you with the Essence of Divinity.
There is nothing more that you need in this moment except the Divinity within you. This is your Soul’s Essence, this is your completeness that is going to occur. As it occurs through your entire body, you will see a change in the Elements around you. Allow it to be in the cellular structure; in the molecular structure – moving it into the bloodstream; moving it into all Elements – into that cellular deepness of your Heart. Allow that to be fully increased. Allow yourself to blend with the Beauty that you are. Allow your Soul’s Essence to now be more activated the He or She was previously.
Now you can bring into the acceptance of your I Am Presence – it is just a matter of your remembrance of your beginning-ness but you’ve been so separated from that source for eons of time, that it may feel uncomfortable so it’ll take a little bit of time. Breathe deeply and feel that coming into you now. There should be a relaxation that occurs with this because both the Male and the Female know they’re in Union. They cannot be separate from one another.
So we say to you individually, allow this expansion to happen in you now.
Say that you are a man, and that man is going through this process of the Divine Union within – how do you reach out unto others? The man reaches out with compassion, caring, from Heart Centeredness, from Balance – it does not mean he is loosing his masculinity, it just means that he is allowing the Feminine Divine within him to see that there are compassionate ways to go about everything. Then all of a sudden, his gifts become more powerful because he’s allowing his Male side to be part of that Frequency. So now on the Male side, you assist the Female. You assist the Female human component in allowing her to be the Divinity that she is and honoring that within her and honoring that in a respectful nature.
I say unto you in this moment, what happens to the woman who is incorporating this Divine Union within her? She must step back from the struggle. She must allow herself to not be so much in control and to allow the fluidness and the embracement to occur. She must receive. She must receive because the women of this Earth need to receive this Frequency in order to express it to the Male. This is not an easy task. It’s a very challenging task. Each of you, women out there, I honor you for walking this path because you are going to be embodied with the complete Essence of the emotions of the Divinity of Feminine Creation as it never has before. I say unto yourself – allow it to come to you smoothly because you are the receiving agent. Then the Male counterpart that you talk to, walk with, or express to, must receive these energies from you. You are the Frequency that is assisting this Planet. Just as the Feminine Divine from Mother God is coming down unto the Earth, the Male physical forms and the Female physical forms are both embodying this but it’s not an easy task for either of you, to sit back and allow the fluidness to happen; to allow the Balance to happen because once you do this, your gifts are going to expand. Your abundance will totally become something you are not even concerned about, because you going to be embracing these Frequencies. As we say, Twin Flames are coming together, true loves, however you want to explain it, beloveds, however your words are – know that these relationships are completely different then you can imagine. They are not of a Third Dimensional Frequency. There is Balance, there is Love but it is a Soul love and within this Soul Love there is no way to argue, there is no disruption and until you’re ready to receive it, it cannot happen.
I say unto you right now, just receive it within yourselves. As in the Fifth Dimensional world, it will be commonplace for these relationships for occur, but on this level, it is very rare. Very, very rare. I only know of a few. I say unto you in this moment – express your Divinity within yourself and you shall expand outwards beyond your wildest desires. Allow the empowerment to come fully through you. Allow yourself to express in your Male and your Female, and you will see the fluidness of your Light expanding unto the world and then you will know what you need to share with others because you’ll have the balance within you. You’ll have that complete balance.
Let us just take a deep breath as we have embodied this Balance within each of you. Within this Temple, as everyone is feeling this immense Love, this immense Divine expression of our Souls within each other. Let us expand this unto the Earth. To all the ones that are going through their releasements of debris, that are unsure about what they are experiencing. We ask of them just to receive this Frequency from each of us.
As we come into Oneness in this Temple of 911, we allow that expression to be within the Earth, into the core of Gaia, into the Essence of the lands and nature and animals but most of all, the people. Let us bring this expression of complete Balance, of the Male and the Female and the wisdom of all I Am Presences coming together in Peace and in Unity for the Core of the Earth, within the Earth and around the Earth. Let us just take a deep breath. Feel that expansion coming back into you now. As we are in the Temple, as I stand here with each of you – I see these beautiful flames of the Golden Flame igniting from each of your Hearts. It ignites my heart deeply. I am so blessed to be able to see this occurring upon the Earth in this moment of time. Your expression is only going to get better.
So move forward with your trials. We know that it may seem that they are getting larger and larger because this Frequency coming down unto the Earth, is the Threshold. You have walked through the doorway. Allow yourself to expand through these Elements. Allow yourself to share with another what is bothering you. Allow yourself to have the verbal communication but with compassion and love. That is the most important part. If there is no compassion and love with one that you are speaking with, or inter-acting with, please look at it and say, “This is not for me, this is a different level of frequency then I want to experience”. And allow yourself to move through those doorways that will take you to your Golden Pathways. Allow yourself to understand within what it is exactly that you deserve. Because each of you will walk unto the New Earth and when you walk unto the New Earth, you will be the leaders, you will walk with the Spiritual Hierarchy, you will walk with the Inter-Galactics, you will walk with the Inner Earth Beings. We are all becoming One, and we will celebrate the time of Lemuria and Atlantis being One focus of Oneness as it never has before. And you, all of you that are participants in this moment, experience those times of disruption.
So I say unto yourself, know that the blessings are coming. Know that the utopia of your lives is about to be intertwined within you, as long as you keep walking down the pathway towards the next doorway to help you move through the processes. And with each experience, you will have more knowledge to assist others that will follow.
It is my divine blessing to be here in this moment through Christine Meleriessee, the beauty of her Light in this moment has allowed me to express this in a different way and I thank her. And I thank each of you that support her as I thank each of you that are doing the work as deeply as she has done. Allow that to always be the remembrance within you, that we are all One and that we will come into the union of each other in these moments of expression that we are.
