Greetings,
This is Fred speaking. It is wonderful to be with each of you this evening once again in the Temple of 911. We are going through immense changes, just as you are going through changes. We have more souls that have joined us in the last couple of weeks, since we haven’t met for a couple of weeks. We have been very busy trying to assist and clear just as much as each of you are doing also. You’re clearing on the earth plane, and we’re helping to clear the souls at the Temple that are fully wishing to be in this space and time.
So tonight, I’m not quite sure what the frequency is to be about. There are many changes that are happening within each of you, as the frequency of the energy of this group is changing also. We’re changing within the Temple as each of you are aspiring to be more than you have, some will choose to do what they need to be doing on the level that they are at; as we know this is an acceleration temple to assist in the highest frequency to come into the physical body so that you do not stand where we are standing or sitting presently, as there are so many that need assistance.
In this level of interpretation, I don’t want to say that it is melancholy, but it is actually very balanced and it’s very truthful, but there are many elements that need to be worked upon and now is the time for us to gather together more than ever, more than ever. So, I say to you, congratulations. Congratulations for being here, for listening, for reading the material. There are stages to this frequency, the highest frequency is the live call, of course. The second frequency is the recording, and the third is the written word. So, it is important for us to understand, that this is true for everything that we do, that there are levels of frequency that we bring unto each other. So, tonight, I’m now going to allow the teacher to speak for themselves, because there is a lot that needs to be done in the next couple of months.
It is imperative that each of us understands, to stay in our balance, and to stay within that frequency to assist us in the process more deeply than we ever have before. Thank you for sharing your heart with so many, and each of us.

Good Evening, I come to you as the Mahatma, yes, once again, I AM. We are the energies coming forth representing the 352 Levels of Initiations. We have chosen to express our energies to you this evening to help you express what is happening in each of you. Each of you is multifaceted, and these levels of frequency are continuing deeper and deeper on levels you may not even realize it. The first most important aspect of those that each of you have been through this, you’ve done this on the Inner Plane. Your spirit has accelerated themselves, or else you would not be here as a Lightworker at this time, that is a true fact.
What is happening through this process is that these frequencies have to come into the physical body in order to stay at this time in order to be the way-showers at this time. In order for this level of connectedness to your souls essence to come fully within the body, the body has to accept it, and not all times is it an accepting stage. This is very, very important to realize. At this time, many are overwhelmed with what they are going through, they are overwhelmed with the geographic changes, they are overwhelmed with the world and its situation, and overwhelmed with these technology and the leaders of this world. But in truth, they really are not the leaders.
You are the leaders of the New Earth, you are the leaders of the New World, you are the ones that are incorporating these frequencies, you are the ones who have been through these higher initiations but you have just forgotten. So when you come into the body and the body is trying to access the Higher Self from all those levels, at the same time your body is experiencing all those karmic levels. The karmic levels can come in the form s of frequencies that come in the forms of thoughts and in people. It’s a process of integrating the higher essence, but also removing the karmic bonds that hold you from not remembering, and this is what actually happens.
There is a state of non-acceptability that occurs within everyone. We are not pointing fingers, everyone is the same. It may not all be the same at the same time, but truly, each one of you are going through these aspects more fully than you have before. You are also going to be finding some falling away, and saying, “I’m okay where I am”, because it is just too overwhelming, “I cannot handle anymore.”
What happens in these cases is, it’s like when you cleanse your body, and you do that internal cleansing within you. When you do that cleansing and if you are cleansing too deeply, too strong, and there are too many toxins to get rid of, the toxins act up in the system, they are not being released quickly enough, so you’re really feeling the toxins and the releasement of the toxins at the same time. It is the same thing of what people may be experiencing on multi-levels. We do need to take a break, but we do not need to stop, this is the essential component. Just as you acquire the higher initiations within your physical body, you can fall, this is an essential component.
What the most important aspect that we want to bring to you, is your own Awareness. Your own awareness of where you are and what you are going through, and if you need to take some time, and smell the roses , and walk in the forest, please do it. That is an essential component, you are physical and within the physicality you are bringing the highest energy that has ever been acquired on any level on the physical plane. This is due to the fact that the physical plane is arising in her own space.
So it really there is a two-fold situation here, your integrating and your releasing at the same time, and sometimes the integration process can be a whole lot stronger than one is ready to receive, but then what happens is, you take a break . I’m not telling you to take a break for several days in a row, I mean a day or so where you adjust to the energies and connect to your self and to connect with the energies of the earth, then you can say, “Okay, I am ready to move on.” It’s like hiking up a mountain, and sometimes the altitude and the intensity of hiking up that mountain is so strong that you fully need to stop and take a deep breath, because the body cannot go any further. Its overload, it’s too much activity for the body and the heart center for the body to keep moving.
You take a deep breath and you settle yourself and then you start moving again. As you move up, it gets easier, as long as you stop, and relax, and integrate. So we say to you in this moment; this is about balance, as we’ve always discussed right now. Our energy has been chosen this evening, because we totally want you to feel all the frequencies of all the levels, and want you to realize that you fully have come into a space of being and this space of being is acceptance.
It is when you do not want to accept exactly what is happening, that is when you falter. That is when the tests become overloading and the frequencies become so unbelievable within the power that you are bringing forth within you. Each of you are doing this, each of you are aspiring to those levels of initiations that you worked on in the inner plane level without a body. Now that you have that body remember to incorporate it; when you need to incorporate it, you will allow the integrations to come through you. Don’t have a full bowl of fruit in front of you and want to taste it all at once, you become totally overloaded, and then you cannot do the work that is necessary that you are aspiring to do.
The Human race is on overload right now, and this is why we have chosen to bring forth this subject. There’s been a lot of challenges this month in many different areas around the world, people are tired, people are questioning, especially the unawakened ones; they don’t understand and the complaints are heavy. This is another aspect that each of you must realize, not to internalize within yourself as you watch the photos, as you watch the news that is going on around the world. Express within your self, your spirit, and why you came into being here, what it means for your self preservation, for your integration of your spirit into the physical, to raise these frequencies more fully than you ever have before.
This is the beauty that is happening to each of you, those of you who are still continuing to do the work at the frequency level that is necessary for you. It is not necessary for everyone, everyone needs to go at their own pace, and you will find at some point that it comes very swift and very fast, and at that point you will be able to embrace it. Then there is a point where you have to slow down a bit, and you’re not quite sure, the body needs to rest.
These are the fluctuations of the frequency, and as you are moving through all these levels of initiations, know that your initiations are much higher than what you are aspiring to you in the physical body. So embrace yourself in these moment, embrace yourself for what you have acquired because you have acquired greatness. The best part of that greatness is to embrace it of where you are, of what you are going through, and don’t let the dormant times last too long, that is essentially important. Once you aspire to those higher frequencies, and then you stop those higher frequencies, it is like a battery that needs to be recharged with a higher element than you were doing previously.
I say these words to you, which may not pertain to all of you in these moments, but they will pertain to many,” I say to you to allow yourself to see in the mirror of where you are presently and to know the actuality of your work is the embracing of these frequencies that you already know, that you have forgotten.” So let’s take a deep breath and allow those memories, let’s allow those frequencies that are all part of each of you to incorporate into your body now, not just your Soul’s Essence. As we connect to your Soul, let her or him come fully into the Thymus area. As we activate the Thymus, we are going to use the bowl. Allow the bowl to be the vibration as we work.

Feel that Seafoam Green, feel your Essence, feel your Soul expanding right now in the Thymus, feel her or him in the cellular level, the Physical level, the Etheric level, the Emotional, and the Mental. Feel it all becoming liquid within each other, as it activates your Light Body. Feel these frequencies fully through you, allow yourself to incorporate it, allow yourself to accept what you are going through in these moments is right for you. Do you need a little bit of a break? Do you need an acceleration? Do you need just to sit and be more aware of whom you are?
Let us have these elements fully within you. All three components, and we will not call it stagnation at this point, we will call it integration, not really integration, it’s acceptance, acceptance of what is happening. The beginning stages are the acceleration, and the integration, and the slowing process is the total acceptance of what you have been through.
So if you look it at as the Acceleration, the Integration, and the Acceptance of the three-fold flame within your Thymus. The Thymus activates this frequency through your entire structure because now with your Soul’s Essence, you fully activated your Light Body. You may not see it, but you will feel it.
What does the light body feel like for you? Is there a tingling sensation, just a relaxation, or do you just feel a little bit flowing? Allow the fluidness to come through to you. So if we take these three components, and blend them into one with the Sea Foam Green of the Thymus area and blend it in the Golden Light of the Christ Consciousness, we bring to you the aspects within these three components to come to you what you need just by feeling it. We don’t want you to sit there and say, “Well I think I need to accept.” Or “I need to integrate” or “I need to accelerate”, so you don’t have to worry thinking about it.
You’re just going to be IT, you’re going to allow that frequency to be YOU, to be part of your Light Frequency, to be part of your Light Body. So whatever you need in any of those aspects, it is a flash within you, and the flash just says, “Oh, okay right now I am Integrating,” or “I am Accelerating,” or “Right now, I am Accepting.”
Let’s breathe through that and allow that three-fold energy to blend with the Golden and the Sea Foam Green and then we’re also going to bring in the Peach-Pink Ray of Quan Yin, which is the Solar Plexus blending with the higher frequencies. So what we are going to do, is we’re going to blend within us the Pink-Orange, this is that 4th dimensional chakra grid in your Solar Plexus, and then blend it into the Heart, and then the Thymus, and they are all going to blend together. So if we think of the Pink-Orange as the Integration, we think of the Golden light as the Acceleration, and we think of the Sea Foam Green as the Acceptance.
Now let’s blend all of those three colors together, as they are swirling within you, like you have them swirling through the elements of the sky and their intertwining within each other and they are blending within you. Breathe that in and you feel that coming into your Thymus, your Heart and your Solar Plexus. What we are truly doing this evening is activating those three chakras as the unified chakra that will prepare you for the 5th dimensional chakra grid. Feel that, feel that now and the Pink-Orange is so soothing with the Golden and then the Sea Foam Green, they are soft colors. The Gold can be a little bit intense, but the other two colors will help to blend them together. Let’s feel that now and allow it to go through the whole body. Then the Integration, the Acceleration, and the Acceptance all blend together. So basically, this is what you are doing all at the same time, so it is more of a balance.
Feel that balance now incorporate within you fully. What does it feel like in your body? What does your heart feel like? What is going on within your Essence? As you are blending more fully with your Higher Self than you ever have previously?
Breathe through that, as now we allow the remembrance of these activations previously, they are going to come easier the higher that you move into now. Once you accelerate yourselves to activate your I AM presence, it’s a piece of a cake after that. Well, maybe not a piece of cake, but it is more fluid than the earlier ones, because the earlier ones are working into those lower chakras that are part of the 3rd dimensional chakra grid. Now we are working into the higher chakras, and it’s just a matter of allowing them to blend within you. If you have any issues in those lower chakras, let these colors go there.
We bring the Cosmic Energies into you now to allow that infiltration of the light to be more fully than you have ever accepted physically. What a blessing for each of you, what a blessing for each of us to see it occur. As we look around the Temple right now, we see these frequencies of the Light of the Gold, Sea Foam Green, and the Pink-Orange all blending within each other . So as we bring that blending in, we feel the elements changing in the temple.
Just take a moment, and just go, “AAAAHHHHOOOO, AAAAHHHHOOOO, AAAAHHHHHOOOO” and what you’re doing is you’re Integrating, you’re Accelerating, but you’re Accepting all at the same time. It’s a beautiful feeling as this occurs, because this swirling light of energy will completely go around you and within you.
As now we stand here as the Mahatma, those 352 levels we are represented by all the Ascended Masters and the Spokes-Beings of the Cosmic Christ, let us all come together in one nucleus of light with the Gold, the Sea-Foam Green, and the Pink-Orange. Allow us all to “AAAAHHHHOOOO” together and when we “aaahhhhoooo” we merge even closer and closer. Feel that frequency, feel that frequency of all those levels, this is the completeness of Oneness that we speak about.
Let us now take it down into the Earth. Let’s first go into the Etheric level with our Mind’s Eye, and with our “AAAAHHHHOOOO” we are going to blend this into the Earth. Let it move into the top of the globe, and then around into the bottom of the globe. So that Gaia’s outside body, her Etheric body, becomes more cleansed and purified. Then as we move the energy closer, and with our Mind’s Eye, what we are doing is we are actually just pushing with our hands as if we were physically standing in front of her. We’re just pushing with our energy with a deep breath, and with an “AAAAHHHHOOOO”, and were going to send these three colors, these three rays of the trinity of the Integration, the Acceleration, and the Accceptance to go into the globe. Let’s go into the Earth, and all the elements within the Earth, to help the Earth to relax, but also to Integrate, Accelerate, and Accept at the same time. So that the geographic changes are not so catastrophic, let’s relax with that.
As we relax with that, we see the elements of the lower energies of anger and fears and all those frustrations to be pushed out of the top of the globe and into the hemispheres to be purified with the Christ Light that we are bringing forth. Now let’s go to the individuals, let’s go to areas that you feel , you choose where you want to send the frequency. Just allow it to filter to every individual on the planet, we don’t even have to think of any specific names or people that we know, just a matter of sending this frequency to every human being on this planet. We send it to every animal upon the planet, incorporating deep into the roots of the trees and all those core elements of the crystalline structure of Gaia.
Feel her with a breath of “Aaaahhhhoooo” Now we are One nucleus, not only within ourselves of the spiritual essence, but in the frequency of the Earth, as now the Etheric level is blending with each of us, as we become one with Mother Earth and to integrate those frequencies of the New Earth. Let us now take the breath back, feel ourselves back into the Temple, and just relax with what you have given out.
Let’s take another breath of the Sea-Foam Green, allow that Sea Foam Green to fully integrate within us. As we accept it more fully, we bring in the Pink-Orange and we bring in the Golden Light, feel that frequency deep within your being. In this moment, you may feel euphoric, the frequency moving through you is a very powerful source and to allow that source frequency to be fully within you more fully than it ever has before.
