This is Fred speaking. Thank you for being here again in the Temple of 911; it is a pleasure. It is a great pleasure. This week is going to be a beautiful week for each of us. A lot of changes again in the past week internally. It was exciting for us to go to the Teton Retreat last week and there is still a log of buzz about that. So that was an exciting moment for each of us and tonight is another exciting moment. I am not going to say anything as the energies have been hush-hush between Christine and the Masters as she tried to gather some information and she was not allowed. She was aware of the teacher for this evening. So just sit back and receive ~ Allow those hearts to be totally opened as this is going to be a Moment in Time.

I AM that I AM that I AM
I AM Sathya Sai Baba at your service. It is a great pleasure to be here in this evening within this glorious Temple. My transition has been wonderful and the thoughts and feelings from the heart-centeredness from everyone is so very appreciated. As I stand here in the middle of the Temple this evening, I am honored to be here in this space in this level. I have spoken before not very often, but I am honored, Meleriessee, to be here in your Temple of 911. What a glorious space this is. The beauty and the frequency and what you have developed in the last decade is beyond anyone’s capability in the Mental mind. I thank you for Archangel Michael and I thank you for all the masters for opening up the doorway for me to be here this evening in this moment to bring froth the frequencies of my Light onto the Temple onto You. This is not just about me; it is about each of you and I am here to start to talk about the Heart Centeredness that is occurring upon the planet. And yes, it is occurring. It may be an element that may be slow in the process of your brainwaves but believe me, it is much faster than we thought it would be. The frequencies that are occurring in these moments that are assisting everyone in the Divinity of their experiences, is allowing them to fully create the expansion within the Heart that is necessary. Yes, the veil of forgetfulness has been removed. Yes, the remembrance of the doorway is now open. As you aspire to these light frequencies, you start to experience the Divinity within you in a different way than you could ever imagine. It is the explicit moment in your experience to allow the spark of the star that you are to fully incorporate within your entire being. It is essential to fully feel that creative flow and within that flow it allows you to experience the light frequencies in a different manner than it ever has been before. This is what you are experiencing.
You are experiencing your Divinity in your physical body in a way that many would like to aspire to but they think they cannot. Why have you done so? You have done so because it is time for you to allow the expansion to be within all aspects of your being. Not just in the Soul’s Essence that is of the Divine Consciousness outside of your body you are fully allowing the elements within you to be accepted in a different manner than you ever thought possible. Yes, each of you have chosen this pathway and within this pathway there is an activity that is occurring for you to allow this pathway to be fully accepted within you. This is the first stage of your journey to allow the acceptance of your Light because without that acceptance you cannot fully incorporate it. It is a necessary function; it is part of the full intertwining frequency to blend within your physical, to blend within your Etheric, Emotional, and Mental and your Spriitual. And to allow all those bodies to be activated so you can receive the Higher Realms.
Tonight in this moment I want to speak about the Heart. Each of you are aspiring to more frequencies within the Heart center and as you aspire to them, it will be expanding. As I recall, the memory within Meleriessee I feel what she received last night was an opening within that core of the Heart to assist you in the expansion to occur. As this expansion occurs there can be moments of fluctuation, moments of change. I want you to recall what it was like for you today. Were you off balance, did you feel you wanted to sleep, did you feel that you wanted to meditate, did you feel that you were not on the Earthplane, or was it just the opposite for you? And what did you do for yourself so that you could assist your higher light to be fully integrated within the physical body. The focal point of feeling the love presence is allow all the other elements to be removed. You cannot do it without both. This is an essential component. As we allow that creativity to flow within our being, the Heart Center cannot help but receive and to expand. The process of receiving and expanding is a physical sense. If the senses do not flow through the physical, then your emotional and your mental, then you cannot have the full capability to actualize it within your Being. You may try but sometimes those areas of trying can be very challenging if you are not receiving exactly what you desire. So within that lack of fully accepting, you are not fully receiving. This is essential ~ it is totally essential. You can have someone such as I was in this lifetime come to you and give you that love and you can feel the presence. I think Christine Meleriessee fully incorporating this within her and this is what many of you are saying in her words, her demeanor, her thoughts and her activities. I use her as an example in this moment as I am fully within her body and I get a sense of the pathway that she has been upon. She has been where you are or where you may have been. Please know this to be true. Acceptance is the key because if you cannot you accept the love that is part of you, if you say I accept God in my heart but do you accept that part of yourself that is the God Essence. This is the aspect that people forget because the Veil of Forgetfulness has been within them. Now that it has been removed we fully want you to allow yourself to feel that capacity of love that is possible. It is beyond your mind’s comprehension. It is beyond your emotional feelings and many of you are feeling this. This is the Divine Aspect of allowing yourself to fully accept it. It cannot come from another although you can feel it from another. She can impart it to you in the way that she speaks or the way she may look at you because her heart is totally open and these are aspects she has not fully realized herself until others tell her so. She she has fully activated the Divinity of her Essence and this is the task that we want for you. Maybe some of you are there and maybe some of you are not there. Or maybe you are there at different times in your days. It is all coming. It is a process. So its up to you to fully open up your heart. Let this be a continuation of what was received last evening. As you opened up your Lotus Flower completely, I want to give you the areas of the Creativity. The energies of the orange, the ability to fully bring in that creativity within your heart. We also bring in that aspect of the Scientific Mind with aspects of Orange and Crystalline Light with Green within the Heart. When you allow yourself to fully relax within your Mental level and allow the Creativity to flow in that area, you will be receiving and you will be able to accept.
So take a deep breath for me and within that deep breath, allow your Heart Center to receive these frequencies of the Orange and the speckles of Green and Crystalline Light. It will calm down those mental thoughts and bring forth the emotional stability within your being. Allow yourself to know that this aspect of yourself is being activated through your Soul’s Essence, through your Antakarana Bridge and through the aspect of your Divinity. Allow that frequency to be those speckles of Light coming into you through your Crown and your Third Eye , through your Throat, your Thymus and your heart. Allow your Heart to expand through the Solar Plexus and through the Thymus with these colors of Orange, Green and Crystalline Light. I now ask for a beam of light to touch the back of your Heart between your shoulder blades of your Heart area and a calming energy of a deep frequency of the Orange Ray within the area. This is going to bring forth your creativity and your fluidness with a balance between the male and female. Allow that sensuality to be between the male and female and allowing it to center within your heart. What we are doing is helping you to activate those aspects that you are allowing yourself to receive and mirror out to receive the God and the Goddess. I look forward to the time when all of this is fully activated as it is coming in these moments. And allow that frequency to be fully within your Heart as you take three deep breaths. With each expansion it goes further around your Being. It is a circular clockwise manner and it goes around and up your throat and down into your Sacral, then up into your Third Eye and down into your Root, then up your Crown and down into your feet. Allow the Earth Star and the Soul Star to be fully incorporated within these elements of light. Now you are totally open with your Creativity. We ask for the spark that you are to be fully activated now. We ask for your Soul’sw Essence to be fully incorporated within your Being and allow this frequency to occur for you in this moment. Breathe deeply. And expand. Feel flashes of Light of the Star that you are of the frequency that you were in the very beginning to be fully activiated within your entire Essence as it incorporates with your Physical, your Etheric, your Emotional, your Mental and your Spiritual. As now you become one full body of Light. There is nothing else to incorporate. Now you are receiving this star that you are, Accept it. Feel the acceptance occurring in your Solar Plexus; feel it in your Throat, feel it in your Thymus, feel it in your third eye, feel it in your lower body, feel it in your upper body, just expand these frequencies and colors as you are the spark of light that you were in the beginning. As you are fully activating your remembrance; allowing yourself to fully receive the Divinity that you are and the incorporation to accept your pathway ~ to accept your Light. Without this activation,without these elements occurring for you, you cannot fully do the work that is necessary to allow the higher frequencies be in the lower frequencies. The must be balance and integrated.
I give to you now a spark of my Light. I give to you the Essence of the Love and the Purity that I embodied. Right now I just want you to just accept this purity and this love within you. It is my gift to each of you. My gift to you for walking upon this path and for showing the way to others. You are still trying to assimulate what is happening to you but you must be in a receiving mode. You must not think or worry about it. You just allow it to be.
So in these moments I call upon each of your higher essence to fully activate within you the frequency that is necessary to be. Once you are fully on this state on a 24-hour basis, you cannot but aspire to everything you desire. You will be the God Force within you. You will allow the expansion to occur and let it flow to you right now. Let it flow and I want to just bring forth some elements of song.

You are a beauty of Light, Ahhh…ahhh. You are a beauty of Love. Ahhh…ahhhh. ..You are my Light…I am your Love as we are One. One Light…One Love…
Allow that to expand within you as you feel the vibration ~ not the voice,, but the vibration of the frequency. A feeling the Essence I bring to you right now. I walk with each of you at this time and for future times. This is my gift to each of you in this moment. Anyone that hears these words or listens, reads, interprets I am here for you in this frequency of Love ~ of God’s Love ~ of the Light and the Star we are together. I now expand it within you. Breathe deeply….breathe deeply….breathe deeply and receive. Breathe deeply of God’s Light and of God’s Love. We are One Being of Light.
Let us now relax with that frequency and allow us to send it to Earth. Allow us as I have given to you ~ now you give to parts and areas you feel you would like to send this love. Maybe it is the areas that are hurting desperately ~ that are feeling the shift of Gai’s energy as she transitions. Let’s send it to the middle of the globe and let’s send it through the hemisphere and into the light formations and into the Earth and into all Beings of frequencies, of all nature, of all inhabitants. Allow this essence of love go into the core of Gaia and let her be expanded with this love that we are incorporating right now. We are love together; we are light together. We are One together and allow that to be the moment of our truth.
As you now embrace the aspects of the Earth feel the vibrancy that is occurring with the Oranges, the White and the Green along with other colors. Allow the frequencies of the Spectrum of Light to fully infiltrate every level of frequency within the Earth. Allow it to go to her Etheric Level, her Emotional level, her Mental Level and allow her to feel the vibration that we are incorporating in these moments. Breathe deeply and allow that frequency to now come back. And as you bring it back into you, you feel the gratitude that Gaia is giving to us. She has tears of joy ~ to feel the connectedness that we are all experiencing in these moments. Breathe deeply and allow yourself now to receive. Receive this acceptance. I now receive your acceptance as we must share with each other and we must receive. This is the Divinity and the purpose of our Light to aspire to the levels of creation upon the Earth that will accept the Essence and the Purity that you are. Know that you are a Divine spark and this Divine spark has been activated. You can listen to this at any time that you choose and it shall be re-ignited again. Because, you will probably need it. You are in a big transition ~ individually and globally. Each of you are being activated in numerous ways to assist yourself and others. Take hold of the responsibility that you have been given. Allow yourself to fully incorporate the task that is at hand. Each of you are here to assist. Each of you here are to assist yourself and then to share with others in this frequency. Let us all breathe very deeply and as we center upon the Temple we see these beautiful frequencies of Light within everyone right now. We see it in the souls and everyone is aspiring with the Light of God that they are. That is all I embodied. I embodied the Light of God within me to share to others. As you bring forth this Light of God within you now you also share outwardly to others. I am honored to be here in this moment ~ to share with all of you in this frequency and to know that I am part of your reality in this moment. That is the best blessing that I can receive after my transition. This is enveloping me like the beauty of God’s love and God’s light to know that each of you are embodying this Light also, and to see the process that all of you have been through to get through this space in continuum. It is an honor to walk with each of you and I say “walk”. I may be embodying my Light and my Love in this moment but that is only for you to realize the essence of your own Divinity. Your Divnity is not any different than mine. As I stand in front of you, allow me to be the mirror that you see within yourself. Allow the Heart to expand as much as possible ~ allow yourself to go through the transitions just as Gaia is doing. Always come from the highest frequency to help you to make the decisions for your highest good. Don’t let those Mental and Emotional level get caught in the web we call ‘life’. You are the resurrection; you are the frequency of this Light and now you are embodying the full Essence of your birth. Congratulations. I am honored in this moment and all moments to be with you in the Temple of 911.
